Guest Access

Guests will have access to their own 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bath apartment. There is parking located in front of main door for all residents. In the back there is a gravel path that leads to the gated dog park, as well as a large grassy area with a built in patio!

All of our homes feature Nespresso machines for coffees or espressos in the morning, plates, glassware, silverware, non-stick cookware, and most necessities. Conveniently located at the Parkwood Lynx Station, a 15 minute walk to your access to all of Charlotte. Charlotte makes it fairly easy between scooter companies like Lime, Bird, & Spin all in the city or of course a quick 5-minute Uber into the heart of Uptown Charlotte.
