Please note that although we do welcome pets, prior to booking we ask that you message us some basic details about your pet including your comfort with the below pet rules to ensure the property is left in a condition fit for non-pet owners upon your check-out. Pet Rules: a. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture (this is to ensure pet dander doesn't spread to hard to clean areas and to limit damage) b. Pets must be allowed outside to use the restroom a minimum of 3 times per day (our Mansion concierge can help schedule pet walkers for you) c. Pets must be trained and behaved to not damage floors, furniture (scratching), etc. d. Pets must not be left alone if barking can not be controlled by the pet (we know all dogs bark a bit at loud noises, but our rule is more intended for continuous barking). e. We may charge an additional pet deposit if deemed warranted based on your specific pets habits or needs. Questions: a. Does you pet fit these requirements? b. What type of dog is your little friend?
