Pineville is a small neighborhood town amongst the major suburbs of Charlotte. The home is located only one block away from the main street Pineville with restaurants, bars, and shops and only a two-block walk to the Pineville Lake park where you can find the beautiful greenway river trail entrance and the large dog park along with 3 separate children's playgrounds and an outdoor amphitheater. In the summer time, there are many activities in the park such as sailing, Tai Chi, and outdoor concerts. There is an excellent swimming pool, splash pad, and a large recreation center with an indoor running track and basketball court plus a weight room at the community center. The dog park is the perfect spot when you want to socialize your furry friend, just next to the lake. Sitting in a quiet area, within walking distance to a park and main street, but still close enough to the energy and connectivity that all of Charlotte offers. The home is just 2 miles from the Pineville Atrium Health Hospital for those traveling doctors and nurses, plus only 2 miles to I-485 and I-77 for easy connectivity and travel.
