Guests have private, unrestricted use of the entire home at the PickleCove, including their own private pickleball court in the backyard, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 living/seating areas in addition to the beautiful chef's kitchen. Only a small maid's closet is off-limits to guests.

As comfortable as you’ll feel in this home’s luxurious interior, it’s in your private outdoor entertainment paradise where you and your group are sure to spend hours of fun. This backyard of your dreams boasts a full-size professional pickleball court, outdoor movie theater, elegant linear fireplace, and a Weber grill. But this vacation oasis wouldn’t be complete without special interior features and plenty of inviting nooks for rest and retreat. After your fun in the sun, move indoors to relax in the AC, where no detail was overlooked. Get comfortable with a book in front of the Venetian plaster fireplace, watch the big game on the 85’’ Smart TV, or enjoy a family meal around the large dining table prepared in the fully-equipped Chef’s Kitchen. Don’t worry about getting messy either — a full-size Washer & Dryer is at your disposal. Need to catch up on emails after a morning of golf? Let your kids get creative on the chalk wall in their own hidden sound-isolated play area, while you take care of business at the custom Full Desk/Workstation with Gigabit Internet. All Mansion properties feature best-in-class Ubiquiti networking equipment (Dreamwall) and ultra-fast WiFi throughout the home. Cap off the night by mixing up a cocktail at the Two Bar areas. To help you freshen up and enjoy a restful night’s sleep, all bathrooms are stocked with PublicGoods toiletries, and each bed has been fitted with high-quality linens and duvet comforters. The Main Bedroom Suite features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with large marble shower, a walk-through closet, an 85’’ Smart TV, and an accordion door opening to the backyard haven. Off of the main hallway you’ll find two additional guest bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, a Roku TV, and spacious closets. An additional guest room off of the entry sitting area is perfect for children, outfitted with two twin-sized beds and a dresser. The third full bath is located off of the living room/kitchen area. Additional Notes: For added convenience, we provide Owl-quiet pickleball paddles and Franklin X40 pickle balls for those guests who don’t travel with their own. We’re happy to accept up to two well-behaved pet vacationers in your group (think: cats and dogs… no peacocks) who will enjoy frolicking in the fully fenced-in backyard just as much as you.
