Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Our jacuzzi hot tub is professionally cleaned every Tuesday. Our maintenance team will knock on the door, if no one is available they will enter and access the rooftop . During bad weather including but not limited to rain, our rooftop is tarped down. Guests can still access the jacuzzi hot tub. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Some properties employ a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Mansion devices are 100% privacy compliant. If you have any questions, please ask. Regular bus transportation stops just off of Hill street. E-scooter rentals like Bird & Lime are available nearby. I highly recommend using ride-sharing services. Turo is the Airbnb of car rentals and available in Charlotte as well.
